Damon Fowler, who will be accompanying Dickey Betts (Allman Brothers co-founder) on lead guitar starting in May, will appear at Seven Seas Bait and Tackle's March 18 Dock Party.

Fowler has spent much of the past year touring with his band Southern Hospitality but is now back with his third solo project for the blues label Blind Pig Records. Fowler recorded several critically and commercially successful albums for Blind Pig Records as a solo artist and with Southern Hospitality before joining Butch Trucks and now Betts.

Fowler, a former Anna Maria Island resident, became a member of Butch Trucks and the Freight Train Band in 2015. Betts was reportedly impressed by Fowler with his slide and lap steel guitar skills so much he was asked to join Betts in May with a concert in Macon City Auditorium in Georgia.
