I have over 20 years of new construction; resale and leasing both residential and commercial real estate sales experience with 20+ this 2009 years’ award winning voted best Real Estate office and Real Estate Agent by the readers of the N Ft Myers Breeze Newspaper. I choose the Sellstate Advantage Network because of the franchise's involement with the loss liquidation departments of National Association of Banks - REO (Real Estate Owned by Banks) who have established contacts with over 1900 asset managers who control foreclose properties that the banks now control. As principal of Brenner Realty Inc, I purchased what was formerly the general real estate office of Jack Parker Realty Inc, a division of Jack Parker Construction, a leader in the design of high quality, environmentally beneficial, moderately priced housing neighborhoods. The Brenner Team achieved the distinction of being among the Top 5% producers in the Lee County Greater Fort Myers area and the Beach Board of Realtors for each of the years, 2001, 2002, 2003 & 2004 and awarded the Sales Excellence Gold awards in 2001 and 2002 as well as a recipient of the Pinnacle Gold Performer award in both 1998 and 1999. I have been active with the local Lee County Builders Association and awarded Pinnacle Salesperson of the year in 1999 regardless of volume. I am active member of the National Association of Home Builders MIRM (Member of Institute of Residential Marketing).and Certified New Home Marketing Professional (CMP) My experience includes Executive Vice-president of Land Banking for the CAI Real Estate Fund, a Wall Street NY Hedge Fund company my activities include land acquisition, due diligence, with zoning, permitting, and compliance issues. I have completed several hundred acre+ vacant land acquisitions for planned community developments for NYSE builder developers. Locally within the Burnt Store Marina Resort Community in Punta Gorda, Florida for Burnt Store Marina Custom Homes and Executive Properties, custom home builder and developers as well as Florida Design Communities which is now WCI Homes, Beazer Homes and K-B Home as former clients. I am a HUD approved real estate broker working with affordable housing. I have experience with sourcing land acquisitions for US Justice Department agencies with Meridian Construction & Development for FBI, DEA, ICE Homeland Security future office locations in the South Eastern United States territory with my Commercial building partner Meridian Construction. I was a former member of the North East USA sales team for Landstar Homes Inc, Kissimmee, FL in the late 1980's early 1990's with over 5 years of National & International Fly and Buy seminar sales and marketing of new construction in master planned golf course communities located near the Orlando/Kissimmee Walt Disney World corridor. At that time, Landstar Homes Inc. was delivering over 150+ homes per month in 1992 rated as the 6th largest construction company worldwide. 2006 I became active with the North Fort Myers Community Planning Panel (NFMCPP) Land Use sub committee since then in 2007 later that yers I became acting Chair of NFMCPP until April 2008 I stepped down as chair and the accepted the President position on the North Ft Myers Community Design Review Panel (NFMDRP) both are citizens organizations recognized by Lee County, working in concert with Lee County Planning officials to create a cohesive future for North Ft Myers incorporating our new NFM vision statement documenting objectives, goals and policies for administrative codes to ultimately be incorporated into the Lee County comprehensive plan and effect future North Ft Myers FL development, growth and policies.
